Mostly satisfied, confused on the point around my brake discs being beneath what BMW recommended of 28.4mm compared to mine which was apparently 28mm. The brake discs were 3 weeks old only covered 150 miles. Clarification to why or how would be nice.

Needed an indicator bulb changing, was told it would cost £68.50 which is ridiculous. As a loyal customer for last 7 years I would have expected more. I did it myself in 5 mins and 2 bulbs cost £5. In all other areas customer service is great.

Sytner was to perform the actions as per Safety Recall related to changing the bolds used for the fixing of teh lashing rails in the rear luggage compartment. Weeks later I discovered the sliding Eye Hook Rings were missing.

I was endeavoured to add additional service to my car , upon my visit for service. The additional service included full flushing out the oil compartment, which was not included in the original service. It was not necessary, so I declined.
