Great overall but on collection the battery replacement warning light was lit on the dashboard. After a few hundred miles driving it has remained lit and the car has been booked in for checking. This should really have been spotted before collection

They understood the urgency of needing my brake pads replaced, and took on board my disability, in giving me a loan car and getting the pads replaced and my car back to me, quicker than I ever thought possible. And they washed it!

I am extremely pleased with my visit to Sytner Maidenhead. It was a MOT booking. I was greeted by my Service Advisor Kelly and who provided a fantastic service. Imran explained the technical details in great simplicity and got car ready on time again

The basic customer service is letting your customer know when their car is going to be ready especially when you need to keep the car overnight. Why you needed it overnight for a 6.5 hour job I don't know. Cost was at the top of the range given too.

Excellent experience at the service department. I used the waiting service and although it took slightly longer than expected I was well looked after while waiting with free coffee plus snacks. Imran was very good at keeping me updated.
